How to Cancel

Cancellation Timing
Cancellations made further in advance of the scheduled pickup are generally easier to accommodate without charge. Cancellations closer to pickup, or after a vehicle has been arranged, may be subject to a cancellation charge.
Cancellation After Pickup
Bookings cannot generally be cancelled once transport has commenced. Please contact our team directly if you have concerns about an in-progress shipment.
Changes to a Booking
If you need to change your pickup or delivery details rather than cancel entirely, contact our team and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.
